နူ ဝိက်ရှေန်နရဳ
(ကလေင်ထ္ၜး နူ ထာမ်ပလိက်:liv-p)

Generates IPA pronunciations for (Standard) Livonian words.

By default, the word is generated from the page title, but respellings can be passed as parameters. They need to be specified with broken tone (apostrophe) or with ǭ; for example, ke'ž (page title kež) should be respelled ke'ž, and (page title ) should be respelled .

The following special symbols are supported in respellings:

- Used between parts in a compound. Corresponds to LEL |/||.
Example: pūol-pǟva for pūolpǟva
+ Marks a short geminate (after any consonant except j or v). Use for cases that the automatic gemination fails to detect. Do not use for word-final geminates.
* Shifts primary stress to this position, if not initial (e.g. with some verb prefixes).
/ Prevents default gemination in cases where it would be incorrect; place before or after the relevant consonant(s).

Any irregularly pronounced term may be respelled either using Livonian spelling conventions or by including IPA characters.

As with other languages, you should not add this if you are not sure about the proper pronunciation.

Uses of this template should not be preceded by * .
